Make her laugh!!! Girls love a guy with a good sense of humor. Also, try to become friends with her and especially her friends!!! Girls love it when you're nice to her friends too! And, approach her first. Especially if the girl you like is really shy. And even if they're not that shy, any girl can be shy when it comes to talking to a boy she likes! Be friendly! Try to get to know her by asking questions. But not too personal! And if you want to get to know her and you're shy or you don't you want to get to know her without seeming to invasive, talk to her friends. Ask her friends if she likes you and/or tell one of her friends that you like her. Unless you suspect that her friend likes you too because that can ruin they're friendship. If you tell her friend that you like her, ask her to ask the girl you like if she likes you too. Just make sure that you're friendly. And if she seems shy. Try to find ways to boost her self esteem. And most importantly be yourself!
I am a middle school girl, and what impresses us is when you flirt with us. Not overboard, but just enough to leave us thinking about you. Don't act jerky and overly-confident, and most defiantly don't trash other guys or girls. Flirting doesn't have to be like 'you look so pretty today' (even though that is flattering) but most girls at a middle school age will think your being sarcastic or making fun of them or its a dare or something. It's best when you just talk to them, and have a easy convo. Also, sitting next to them at the lunch table is always a good move. And lots of girls are afraid to text the guy they like if they texted them first the last time you had a convo, because they think that you will think they're a stalker. So kinda trade off who texts each other. And, if you lose interest in a girl, don't just stop texting her or talking to her if you have been a lot. Thats really mean.
Just be yourself. Be funny, but not jerky funny. Give her a compliment, like she's pretty. I'm a girl and I like to hear that. Or just come up to her, be brave, and just plain flirt with her. But DO NOT say any of those corny pickup lines. I would find them insulting. Here are some you do not want to say: Hey, are you from tennessee? Because you're the only ten I see. (Because that would kind of be sexist) Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?
I think that if you want to impress girl maybe you should try to be friends with her always talk to her then when she is really great friends with you just ask her and she'll say yes

Ok I'm a girl in middle school so first figure out if they like you do they tend to either look away every time you look at them or tend to talk a little too much when your near them that's when they like you most girls are to worried to say anything to you about them liking you so make the first move give them your number but don't act too cocky I know that that drives me nuts
Don't be someone your not, first of all. My first crush was a guy who wore what he wanted and didn't answer to anybody, because he knew who he was. When I talked to him, he made me laugh and he didn't care what we talked about. He also didn't try to impress me or be cool in front of me, he just acted like he always would and won me over.
Be your self and ask her some questions, not too many because that will overwhelm her. Smile a lot and talk to her a lot and be nice to her but not to nice tahat wwill make her suspicious.
You always don't want to try to be someone else you are not. I made that mistake of trying to act all cool and she broke up with me. Like a month later I went back to being myself and SHE ASKED ME OUT! It will work out if it is meant to be. TRUST ME!

Play around with them like poke them but don't be a ass hole. And make a game outta something like grabbing her ass or something and pretend you didn't do it but make sure they don't mind......if they grab your peck or something then you grab thier boob and then play it off
