There is an old saying:
"A pint's a pound, the world around."
In that case, the saying is referring to water as the substance being measured, and the equivalence is only approximate. It comes from a pint being 16 fluid ounces, and a pound being 16 ounces of weight.
In reality, if you want to be very accurate, 16 fluid ounces of water will actually weigh different amounts depending on its temperature. However, you can use the following equivalence for most purposes:
1 pint of water = 1.043 pounds

The pound is a unit of weight, but the pint is a unit of volume, so your question cannot be answered. It's like asking how many feet are in a gallon.

Depends on what the pint is of. A pint of milk is usually about 68p, so for a pound you'd get almost a pint and a half
