You can probably find a sample test online, but you're not going to get the actual test. That would be CHEATING!
You would not be able to find the real Pennsylvania permit test online for a number of reasons.
1 - PENNDOT does not want you to just memorize the answers, they want you to learn the rules, so they do not make the actual test widely available.
2. For the same reason as above, they change those permit tests frequently. So if you find someone who posted their test questions on the web six months ago, there is no guarantee that you will get the same test.
The best thing you can do is read the drivers handbook - it's available on PENNDOT website and you can just download it. Then go ahead and take some practice permit test for PA. Scroll to the bottom of the page, the link to the exam is there. If you are not satisfied with these tests, just google for practice tests, there are plenty of free and paid options out there.
