The probability of a consonant is 15/(21+15), and the probability of a vowel is 21/(21+15). The probability of drawing them in sequence (with replacement) is
p(sequence) = (15/36)(21/36) = (5/12)(7/12)
p(sequence) = 35/144

Total Constant letter = 15
Total Vowels letter= 21
total letters = 36

Probability (consonant on first place) = 15/36

Probability (vowel on second place) = 21/36

Probability Of Getting A Consonant And Then A Vowel = (15/36)(21/36)
=315/1296
=35/144
= 24.31 % >>> answer
