Can U Represent (AuB)nC On A Venn Diagram?

You symbol represent union. A you B means set of all the elements present in both A and B.

A'UB means set of all the elements present in set B and the elements which are not in set A. So you will shade the circle which is denoted by "B" and the area out side both the circles (a box which represent the universal set).
