What is the effect ,cause,solution of illiteracy?

Hi, " To Avoid Illiteracy " then we should go to school or try to learn ourselves, anyway try to study or practise ourselves that 's important, especially is in the developing country then even we work we can learn too, if we are courageous or confident.

Effect is more crimes, cause is no awareness and solution is providing awareness.

Proper sentence construction  would be a good start. Try this, how can we avoid illiteracy?
