Examine the digit to the right of the underlined digit. If it is 5 or more, increase the number by the place value of the underlined digit. If there are any digits between the underlined digit and the decimal point, set them to zero. Otherwise, drop all digits to the right of the underlined digit. Examples   1,295,013. Rounds to 1,300,000   1,294,903. Rounds to 1,290,000   0.1234567 rounds to 0.1235   0.1234483 rounds to 0.1234   0.9999516 rounds to 1.0000
