Yeah if he turned right twice in two 90 degree angles as you have put it across, I'm assuming thats what you mean, then if he started out facing east then ofcoarse 180 degrees what ever way he turns hes always going to be facing west, not unless he turned right a full 360 degrees in that case hed be facing the same way as he started,, yeah all depends how much to the right he has turned
