Tom has been given 35 chores to complete today. This morning he finished 7 of them. How many chores does he now have left to do?*

...Why do you need to ask this? It's simple math. 35-7. If you need help learning how to subtract just ask, but in the meantime...the answer is 28. ;)

Ok, so if Tom has been given 35 chores to complete today... Let's start with that number:35This morning he finished 7 of them. How many chores does he now have left to do?

So we will need to take away 7 of the chores to see how many are remaining.

The total number of chores is 35, and we take away 7:

35 - 7

This leaves 28.

28 chores left to do. Poor guy. It sounds like he has a lot of work left to do then.

This is a pretty basic math equation, but if you're having trouble with any more feel free to post them on here and I will try my best to explain what you need to do to solve them.
