871 is a prime number and the only way to get the two even numbers is if they are divisible by 2. Therefore, numbers must be bigger than 871 and divisible by 2. So the smallest number could be 871x2 = 1742 and then next biggest number could be 871 x 2 x 2 =3484.

But in order to fulfill the other requirement which is neither the numbers are divisible by the other so in order to meet this condition the next biggest number  is 871 x 2 x 3 = 5226.

So 1st smallest number is 3484 and the next smallest number is 52262.
