I think you can be both!according to your question I feel both of these are your passions. Even I love baking and once I wanted to be chef and then I got to know that writing poems is my passion as well along with cooking, so I decided that I'll be a writer as well as do baking in the mean time so I would suggest something like that to you as well! You can be a teacher and then bake cakes or whatever and sell them to a bakery that way you're having a double profit!

Do what your heart desires. As you get older, you'll understand what you truly want to do. You can always do both. It doesn't matter what people say, follow your dreams.

Hello,

If you're young enough to say "when I'm older," then you're certainly young enough to change your mind!

We all go through various periods of wanting to be different things as we grow up, and the experiences we encounter and people we meet often shape, guide and alter our course. The truth is that, whilst some people are certain of what they want from a young age, a lot of people truly don't know what they want to be up until well into their 20's, 30's, sometimes even 40's and 50's.

It is okay to be uncertain right now.

If you are currently in school, all the subjects offered to you are designed to gear you in the direction of whatever field you wish to take. Once you get to a higher level of education (i.e. College or university) you can then begin to pick subjects directly related to your chosen path. At this point, if you're still uncertain, you can choose several different subjects to keep your options open.

Also, don't forget, if you change your mind, there is always time to start a new career at whatever age, so don't get yourself too worked up about it just yet.

I hope this helps.
