School uniforms, what do you think?

I think school uniforms are a great thing, I had them when I was in school. It makes everyone equal on the clothes level, it also saves mom and dad money that they can then use for other things.

I went to Catholic school for 8 years and was happy to go to a public high school because there was no dress code... Then I was in the service and did uniforms again for years. They are standard in Catholic and private schools... I liked public school because you can dress freely. Nowadays you are subject to certain dress there as well.
