I've met a few stereotypical Jocks lol but we don't have cheerleaders here so I can't answer that bit :P

Yep, at every school in the US.
They sure had them when I was in High school ! Course that was in ancient times but they were there. The Cheerleaders and their cliques and the Sports Jocks and their groups. Probably always has been and probably always will be.
my former high school didn't have jocks and chearleaders.
We had the jocks the cheerleeders the kickers and the freaks when I went to school I was in not one of those cliques.
