Even though I use a bookmark, I still dog ear some pages with maps and such at times.

No, not really. I use a bookmark if I'm reading a hard copy.
No, I don't like when people bend the pages. I use a book mark or a receipt or any scrap of paper that is handy.
I'm always reading on the crapper so I use a piece of toilet paper for a bookmark. Clean toilet paper, that is.
Only as a last resort. If I dont have a book mark, I will usually use a reciept before I will bend the page.
If it's my own book, absolutely. I usually find something cool that I wish to see again.
