The first song that came to mind was "Hold On" by Wilson Phillips and "Fight Song" by Rachel Platten. There's also "Hero" by Mariah Carey.

Alot of fleetwood mac songs are about breaking up and moving on also sarah mclachlan songs
The Middle by Jimmy eat World and Somewhere I Belong by Linkin Park are good "finding yourself" songs
and Believe by All American Rejects is a good overcoming loss song :)
