What can it hurt if you apply there ? When the time comes, you just might change your mind and want to go. Always keep all of your options open ! Go for it !
I want to apply to colleges in the US, but my family wants me to apply to the University of Tokyo. I don't think I'd go there even if I was accepted, but I think it'd be fun to apply! Is that a valid enough reason to possibly submit an application?
