Yeah I saw that episode of The Anna Nicole Show, what a drugged-up, dog-toting spazz that girl is.
Russian, like all other languages, has many contractions.
While a Japanese would abbreviate "domo arigato gosaimasu" to the less formal "arigato" and an English-speaker might abbreviate the same expression from "thank you" to "thanks" so a Russian would use a contraction of spasebo to just spazz.
