I had been working hard to achieve on the goals with our team members. Outcome may not perfect ideal case but satisfactory. I've done quite well when I'm in charge but I can follow directions too.

Complete and Accomplished the outcome of my project by means of the JOB Well Done with satisfaction of the company. I am proud because they chosen me to handle that kind of task or responsibility. I believe that I can do very well when I have knowledge or follow the proper procedures of solving a problem or lead in an important project. Strong determination and self-oriented would help a lot to achieve our goals.
