Yes because they are old and responsible enough.
1. Of campus lunch is always better with better variety and taste
2.students get sick of being in school all they,they need to get a break from rules and the school.. When your eating at school there's still the rules to follow and you feel like your in prison.
3.adults are always telling us to grow up and act responsible and mature but how are we suppose to if we don't even get the chance to experience the real world, make mistakes and then fix them
for all these reasons I think that students should be allowed to go off campus for lunch
