An US representative's term is for 2 years,he could be re-elected after every 2 years, there is not limit of number of terms so far for a US Representative to serve.

It's two terms and ten years. Meaning, if a president were to vacate office after two years, the vice president could take over the position for the final two years and still serve run for two full terms.
