Slaves wore light, used clothing. Many made their own clothing from cloth and thread thay were given, very few however were given old, used clothing from the slave-owners family. They usually walked bare foot and if they didnt, they wore thin shoes that they made or were given. Thier clothing usually had rips and tears from being snagged on vines and branches while working.
