There are actually quite a lot of schools in the Philippines that offer home schooling. However, most of them are private, which means they may cost a lot of money to enrol on.
Here a few private schools that are located all over the Philippines. Not knowing your location there, I can’t give you the nearest one to where you live.
Angelicum College (Quezon City, Private)
St. Joseph College(Quezon City, Private)                                                                                                          Colegio de San Juan de Letran (Manila, Private)
St. Francis School (Las Pinas, Private)
Ann Arbor School(Paranaque, Private)
Marist School (Marikina, Private)
The one public school I came across is Batasan High School in Quezon City. Located in the Batasan hills, Quezon City, in the north-west of the island.
Home schooling is currently in big demand in the Philippines because the public schools are said to be of low quality and there are few private ones that average people can afford.
If you go online to the Philippines Home school social register, you can apply for home schooling from there. Alternatively, you can try ringing or emailing any of these schools I have mentioned above and enquire as to how much schooling will be and whether they will take you or your children on. Alternatively, if none of these schools are close enough to you or are not appropriate, you could try doing your own research online, the details of the various schools should be fairly easy to come by.

Please include Victory Christian International School Homeschool. Located at Every Nation Building at The Fort, near Market Market. This is the best home school for me. At second year high school,  my son started home school this year and I was fortunate to have "discovered" this school. Students are from A-B even C class, but tuition fee is unbelievably affordable. Schedule is flexible, you can even go abroad during the year and not miss a thing. Just be back in March when they give the final exams. Administrative group is very active and supportive, and regularly gets in touch through e-mails or text. Parents will never feel lonely in their quest to give the best education to their children. My child's progress in this home school set up is incredible. This is a far cry from his regular school schedule where he had to stay at school from 7:30 to 5:00 yet went home with nothing on his head! Please check their web site for more information.

P.S. I may have interchanged the location of St. Francis and ann arbor. I don't know if this list is complete though. There are several other public schools which offer home study programs.

There are actually a lot .. Any school can agree to that kind of teaching if you speak to them.. Or you can speak directly to the teacher.

The DEPED itself has an open High School Program. I do not know why people never mention it and are just trying to market their own schools. Most of the schools are even biased because they are religion-based and do not teach the right thing. How can you have a History book when it starts with Adam and Eve. Do they still think that man came from apes that is why they avoid talking about hominids and prehistory in itself?
