Their are seven places in the universe that the American Flag can fly at night without a light on it.. I know one place is the moon, North Pole, What are the other 5 locations?
The flag should have a light on it, but the light should not be a 400W bulb that lights up the sky as well. If at all possible, try to find a light that shines down on the flag.
I don't think the flag should be displayed at night due to the fact that in the military the flag is raised at sun rise and lowered at sunset.
Yes. In order to be flown at night it must have a spotlight shining directly on it. It's part of the flag code.
