It is a double replacement reaction. In such reactions metal replaces a metal, and a nonmetal replaces a nonmetal. In this chemical reaction parts of compounds are interchanged to make new compounds.

Yes, this is a neutralization reaction. Na2CO3 is a base and HCl is an acid. These react forming NaCl as a salt, H2O (Water which has neutral pH) and CO2.

When the acid react and produce the product of the salt the acid it said, it has neutralise and na2 co3  it a base so this mean the reaction is an neutralisation reaction.

I believe it could also be a combustion reaction...because it starts and ends with an oxygen.
