A Community Learning site is where Police Training Takes place in the field, ( ie not in a training establishment) where members of the public play key roles in enabling police to learn through a scenario.
For example, A policeman may be called to a disturbance in a shop, the public will be playing all the roles in this example and will then give feed back to the policeman of his performance.
