If you write a judge donot tell him about if your guilty or not just tell him you have learned your lesson and youed appreciate a rehab of some sort instead of jail time. I am in the beginning of aq dui when I wasnt even drunk they forced blood and I take a lot of psych meds because theyve made me crazy over the years. Just be appologetic and ask for a second chance
