Geometric mean G, of a set of n positive values x1, x2, x3,……, xn is defined as the positive nth root of their product. I.e.

G=[x1.x2.x3….xn]^1/n

The harmonic mean H, of a set of n values x1, x2, x3,……, xn is defined as the reciprocal of the arithmetic mean of the reciprocals of the values. In symbol

H=reciprocal of [1/x1 +1/x2+ ……+ 1/xn]/n.

H=n/sum of 1/xi where x is not equal to zero.
