I wrote a report for a paralegal class years ago based on that. Seriously, I did. And I got an A.  I loved Conjunction Junction. What's your function? Hooking up words, phrases and clauses.  Also 3 is a magic number was cool. And Zero my Hero. Can you tell I am a child of the seventies!!?? Wait, let me think, there was also A Noun is a Person, Place or Thing. I can remember singing these songs to myself to remember them when I was in elementary school. Oh, Elementary My Dear--two time two is four, Elementary my Dear and two time three is six...Man, I loved all those.  Oh and Figure 8.  Grammar Rock and Multiplication Rocks and America Rocks. Maybe Science Rock too. Oh yeah, Interplanet Janet. HAHAHA. Thanks tig, you have entertained me highly and reminded me of some great childhood stuff. My brain is filled with all this stuff.

Conjunction Junction, what's your function? Was our favorite one.  I also remember the bill one and the multiplication one.  What fun our little one had watching this show!

I watched these with our daughter when she was a little girl.  We both just loved the show; what a clever way to engage children.  Of any age!!   :-)

I remember my kids watching them on Saturday mornings. I remember the Bill on Capital Hill, and English things like a noun is a person, place or thing, I also think there was something to do with science. Not all of them are very clear in my mind right now. Wish they would still do something like that for kids. Some of those things help to keep it stuck in your head. Love and Peace

It doesn't bother me if they are correct or not, they taught me a little as a child, and it created some wonderful memories.

I'm only 11, but I remember my dad saying that when he was a kid, he loved all of the schoolhouse rock videos and that they used to play them as commercials between cartoons or something. I've heard most of them, and I like the one about the bill ,conjunction junction, 3 is a magiic number, there are many more that I like. I like them because I think that it's a great way for kids to learn, and watching TV at the same time!
