You mean the Circumference and Area of a circle:

Circumference is defined by: C = 2*pi*r So C = (2)(22/7)(3.5ft.)
C = 22ft.
Circumference can also be looked at as perimeter. That means If you walked all the way from starting point to that point again, that would be circumference or perimeter.

Area is the integration result of Circumference:
The definition of the Area of a circle is Area = pi*r2Areas units are in unit squared always...so watch your answers and units so the answers are meaningful!
Area = pi*r2Area = (22/7)*(3.5ft.)2Area = 11ft.2
