They took out all the intestines and put them in preserving jars labeled each with a god/godess.  Then they soaked the bandages in preserving liquids before wrapping the entire body with them.

They never did they just took out the intestines and put them in four different canopic jars the they kept the bodies mummified so they could come back in the after life they kept the heart in the body so the person who would come back would be a good person

No they just ate all the body parts

Of cause they buried their dead.They took out the organs and then mummified the body
