Thanks for your prompt reply . I think that I didn't post my question exactly. I have an example like this: "You make me mad" and it could be changed to "I" message with "I feel angry" or "you are rude" might become "I feel upset". It kinds of a complaint but the way we use "I" message that doesn't makes people feel that we blame them. Can you help me to rewrite it? Thanks a lot!
