It depends on the situation and the officer, LOL. If you got the ticket already then the officer should explain to you what will be going on. The judge will decide what to do with you, also depending on your background check. If he gave you a warning, you're in luck.
You will be find 200 hundred dollars for that...thats a big find. It isn't worth driveing with out a drivers license. And you will pay it. And no set bealt that's another 100 dollars.. Take care..

It's bad as hell, I got pull over because this person called the cops on me and now I have to go to court for that.
You're not going to get that license for a while...I don't know how long but I'm in the same boat as you are. I have a court date in March...I only know that I won't be able to get my license for probably a year...
