I don't really understand what it is that you are asking. I'm going to respond in the best way that I can... Feel free to elaborate on the question in case I'm off track.
Children are (for most of the time) unsure about what it means to be "disabled". Parents or Guardians need to speak with their children about this sort of thing, clearing up any misunderstandings that they may have. Pending on the age of the child, you have to keep in mind that they'll hear and see things, coming up with their own conclusions.

Bullying is one of the many things that can form through misunderstanding. Staring or "talking down" can also become an issue.
