Ans=54
the detailed xplanation is given below
bcos in the given series there are two other series..in the form of
3,12,7,26,15,_;
choose the alternate digits:3,7,15
these are follow the pattern like  n*2+1
                                                        3=n*2+1(wher n=1)
                                                         7=n*2+1(wher n is the previous number)
                                                         15=7*2+1(where n=7)

but we don't need this series.just for understanding I gave the above matter
anothe series in the given series in:12,26,_
we hav to find the number in the blank
this series is in the form of n*2+2
so the series consists of  the following numbers  12
                                    26=12*2+2(where n=12)
    for the next number we need to multiply the previous number with 2 and add a 2 to the result
finally next digit=26*2+2=54
the final series 3,12,7,26,15,54
I hope you ll like it

There are a couple of possible answers but I think it is 54 - second alternate numbers are double the previous number +2
