You are all wrong... You have all forgotten about "Leap Years"... Add 17 more days by 24 = 428.  The correct answer is 613, 628.

Depending on when you were born, if you are reading this, your 70 year life span will have 17 or 18 leap days in it. The actual average year length over your life will depend on that. Yes, the calendar makes a correction for century years not divisible by 400, but there aren't any of those in the life span of anyone reading this. Most of us measure days using a clock and calendar. If there are fractions of hours involved, it is because of the leap-seconds that have been added over the years.
