I went to a professional trainer and used his body fat scale (looked very hi-tech) and it said that I had something like 4 or 6 percent body fat. There's no way! I'm skinny but I don't exercise like I should (which is why I was a the trainers' office). I got on th scale the next day and it read the same. The trainer said it was accurate but it wasn't. Even female Olympian athletes have more body fat than that, esp. If they are over 30. I don't trust those scales -- use calipers.
