Be happy for your friend & ask her for a treat.
Once vacations starts, look for some acting school to improve your acting skills even more. Don't lose heart dear & Always remember every time you face a difficulty, act positively towards it solution & the more stronger you'll get emotionally/mentally.
Loads'nLots Of prayers & Good Wishes for you.

I am sorry.  That has got to be hard.  You should be happy for your friend though and support her.  Also, at least you got a part.  It might be your last play at this school, but you can try taking acting classes or trying out for other plays in your community or near by communities.  Don't give up.  Also, you should have a better chance at getting a part and expanding your horizons since you have experience.  Good luck.

I think that the best thing to do in this situation would be to support the friend that got the role. There is really nothing you can do to change who got the roles at this point, so congratulating your friend would be the most mature thing to do. Just play the part that you got to the best of your ability. Give it everything you have, and maybe the director will see how dedicated you are and remember that when it comes time to cast for the next play. In the mean time, if you want to have more opportunities to act or sing, I would suggest joining a community theater group. They are always looking for more people to help out. I hope this helps!
