How do I explain a failed degree in an interview? I did law and spanish, failed the spanish by one element. I repeated several times, but by the end, exhausted and defeated I couldnt face repeating it so its gone. ADVICE?

Just put it as unfinished and not as a failed degree and you hope to finish it someday and leave it at that

Don't even mention it, what are you thinking? Do you really think that they give you some bonus points just for taking a college course? Well they do not.  All that matters is if you received a degree or not.  If I was the employer giving you the interview,  you dropping out of that course would be marked down as a bad character trait. "He's a quitter", No initiative to complete tasks, etc. Best not to even mention it if you didn't complete the course. That's the way I see it.
