33.3% increase.  Divide 2400 by 3 which gives you 800.  Add 800 to 2400 you get 3200. Therefore the answer is a 33.3% increase. I find it easy to actually do the math in my head but have a hard time explaining it. I would've made a terrible teacher.  >_<
