First thing i noticed was 7, 32, 157, 782, 3907. Last digits alternate between 2 and 7 with a difference of 5. 2 + 5 = 7 and 7 + 5 = 12.
I also noticed:
32 - 7 = 25
157 - 32 = 125
782 - 175 = 625
3907 - 782 = 3125

This does not give a pattern though but look deeper
5 * 5 = 25
5 * 25 = 125
5 * 125 = 625
5 * 625 = 3125
5 * 3125 = 15625

Go to the start and complete that sequence with the info we have

32 - 7 = 25
157 - 32 = 125
782 - 125 = 625
3907 - 782 = 3125
?  - 3907 = 15625

19532 - 3907 = 15625

Answer 19532 and it  fits the Series, 7, 32, 157, 782, 3907, 19532

It is 19532. All you do is times the number by 5 and then subtract 3. So 3907 x 5 is 19535 - 3 = 19532
