When we want the ratio of pennies to the total, we need to first find the total value of the money in pennies. Only then, will the ratio or percentage be sensible.

1 dime = 10 pennies, so 6 dimes = 60 pennies
1 quarter = 25 pennies, so 5 quarters = 125 pennies

The total value of the money = 5 pennies + 60 pennies + 125 pennies
                                          = 190 pennies

The ratio of pennies to the total = 5/190

Expressed as percentage, it would be 5/190 * 100 = 2.63% (approx)
