You need to multiply the numerator and denominator by the same number.

If you want the denominator to go from 5 to 10, then you have to multiply the denominator by 2. Since you do that to the denominator, you have to do the same to the numerator. In order to do that, you have to multiply 4 by 2. The answer you get should be 8/10.
