So I saw this video on People Magazine's Twitter feed and it actually made me cry:
It's a video of a 3 year old kid hearing his dad's voice for the first time thanks to revolutionary new technology.
It really struck a chord because I still remember when I was like 6 or 7 and waiting about in some testing room when they turned my hearing on.
It was a really shocking experience, even though I don't remember much about that time I still have recollections of that moment.
I also didn't talk for a year after that, which is funny because now there's nothing anyone can do to shut me up! ;)
