Just zero out variables in turn.

Y = (- 2/5)(0) - 5

Y = -5

------

(- 2/5)X - 5 = 0

(-2/5)X = 5

X = - 25/2

------which is - 12.5

So,

(- 25/2, 0) and (0, - 5)

======are the points and this is an easy plot with a ruler as the slope is negative and the point are far apart.
