There are a couple of points to be made here. If you fail an exam, it is by definition your own fault. If you couldn't do the work (for whatever reason) and tried to buy success, and that didn't work - it's poetic justice. Having said that, I've taken a look at the website, and it runs the same Q&A model that a number of others do, with no checks on the suitability of an answerer to deliver a correct dissertation or assignment. There are a number of grammatical mistakes, just in the bit of the website you can see without signing up, so it's fair to assume that they are probably not very good. If you REALLY feel, given my first homily, that you have still been badly treated, and you are sure of your facts, the best course of action is to use the social media. They have a facebook page and there are a number of review pages about them, up on the web. (Mostly bad).
