I have used two large posters of Lincoln's bust and Washington's bust facing each other, then had in the middle an acrostic going downwards for Honesty, with a few words for each letter. Then I decorate the top with patriotic fabric draped like a valance, and place small American flags in the corners.
I have also used a picture of Pinocchio with a long nose and had him say, "Honesty is the best policy!"
