Inferential Statistics is basically a form of statistics. It is used to draw inferences about a population from a given sample.

Since it is not possible to take the opinions of an entire population, a small number of people are asked the specific questions, This helps in drawing inference about the entire country from the same responses.

There are two main methods used in this science  which are estimation and hypothesis testing.
