Must be the italian/sicilian blood in the family. Both parents are, I just think it's weird . . . I'm a guy and some girls really like it and others don't . . . Assume I'm Irish until they hear my last name lol. Plus, not many Irish or Scots have brown eyes that I know of. I know about 4% of the world's population has red hair so I wouldn't be surprised if about 1 had that combo.

Probably below 1%, since redheads are very fair-skinned or freckled which makes it very unlikely to have brown eyes.

I don't know but I have deep brown/black eyes, red hair and lots of freckles. I like the way I look. It's awesome. Although I apparently had blue eyes when I was born. I don't know how that works but maybe it was caused by a concussion I had?

Brown eyes being rare in redheads is a myth. It is blue eyes redheads, as stereotypical as they are, that are less than 1% of the population because the genes that make up those clash and therefore don't often mix.

Read that article for yourself, and you'll see that it is rather normal- but that doesn't make it unigue as redheads are rare in everywhere but Ireland.

(4% everywhere - 10% in Ireland).

I am an identical twin girl, me and my sister have dark red hair, brown eyes, and light skin. We don't burn easily which is kind of rare. We have 3 older brother and the oldest has red hair as well. But the crazy thing my Mom and Dad don't have red hair, neither does my grandmas and grandpas it came from my great-grandma.
