Please help me to correct this sentence to be grammatically right, please please: "The guide is gesturing to us to enter the room that of the only trouble is dim light."

1: "The guide is gesturing to us to enter the room; the only trouble is the dim light."

or

2: "The guide is gesturing to us to enter the room, in which the only trouble is dim light."

(I'm leaning more toward the second alternative, even though I'm probably late here. Oops!)
