No, Harvard students don't wear uniforms - however don't be surprised to see students show up to class in suits!
Also, if you're part of a sports team, then you obviously have to wear a uniform for that. I played lacrosse at Harvard, and I sometimes wore my lacrosse sweatshirt to class even!
